Val Di Fassa
7 experiences not to be missed
Between Val di Fassa and Carezza you can experience a different emotion every day of the week thanks to 110 kilometres of slopes that are always perfect and many initiatives for everyone.
The beauty of the Ladin Dolomites at 360 degrees
Monday
Explore one of the ski areas in the area, from Belvedere-Col Rodella to Buffaure-Ciampac, to Catinaccio and Carezza. Don't know how to choose? You can take advantage of the Skitour Panorama: 70 kilometres of track without ever repeating the same slope with views of the most beautiful Dolomite peaks.
TUESDAY
Park your skis and put on your snowshoes to tackle the new 5-kilometre loop in Ciampac, at the foot of Colac. Breathe deeply, listen to the silence and let nature enrapture you for a day of true contemplation.
WEDNESDAY
Get on your sledge to tackle the fun one-kilometre slope in Carezza. Worried about the fatigue of the ascent? Don't worry: the Hubertus cable car will get you back to the starting point in five minutes, for endless fun!
THURSDAY
How about a romantic aperitif with a super view? Then take the cable car that takes you from the 2,240 metres of Passo Pordoi to the 2,950 metres of the Sass Pordoi terrace in just a few minutes: you'll feel like you're on the roof of the world. After the ritual shots, the obligatory stop is at the Rifugio Maria.
FRIDAY
Try pursuing art at altitude. From the slopes of Buffaure, where a pack of wolves, a giant eagle, a frightening witch and marvellous panoramic benches await you, reach the Countess of Dolèda on the Belvedere in Canazei.
SATURDAY
Destination: Gardeccia. Take the cable car from Vigo di Fassa and reach Ciampedie. Walk along the Sentiero delle Leggende (Trail of Legends) which will take you to the wonderful basin below the Torri del Vajolet. Here three refuges are ready to welcome you with the best of local cuisine.
SUNDAY
Time to go already? Not before taking a ride on the Carezza cabrio gondola. A thrilling 'hair in the wind' ride between Latemar and Catinaccio and then off along more than 40 kilometres of slopes. For one last, unforgettable, dolo-mitic day!
