Who has the time to get in a queue when the slopes are out there waiting for you? Quite right!
If you buy your ski pass online, you can pick up your My Dolomiti card at the pick-up box by scanning the QR code on your voucher.
The first My Dolomiti Card is free; take care of it.

Immediate 5% discount.
When purchasing a daily or multi-day skipasses using the My Dolomiti Card, you’ll receive a 5% discount as long as you buy the pass online up to two days before its official start date.
(Example: if you want to start skiing on Sunday, buy your daily skipass on Friday by midnight to get a discount.)
ATTENTION: do not throw away your personal My Dolomiti Card! The discount for purchases made up to two days before the start of validity in the online shop will be reduced from 5% to 3% if the My Dolomiti Card is not reused. -
Performance check.
Create your very own My Dolomiti Profile to record the lifts you’ve used as well as the kilometres and total elevation gain and drops skied. The profile is linked to your Card and displays your performance on the slopes.

How & when to use the MyDolomiti card
Buy & Pick-Up
The automated ticket offices offer you the possibility to easily and quickly purchase a skipass for you and your family without losing time in queues.
The following ski passes can be purchased:
- Skipass “ski resort” 1-7 days
- Skipass Dolomiti Superski 1-7 days
- Skipass for juniors, adults and seniors
- Free skipasses for children (born 2016-2020) cannot be purchased at a buy & pick-up
Pick-Up Box
Buying online and collecting your skipass at the pick-up box is easy:
- Purchase your skipass online or via the app (download the My Dolomiti app)
- Scan the QR code received by email in the voucher
- Collect your skipass from a pick-up box of your choice without having to book the pick-up
- Go directly to the lift. Have fun!
My Dolomiti Card 101
The credit card sized My Dolomiti Card is issued to one specific person. You can charge your tickets to the card, which gives you direct access to the lifts, so you don’t have to queue.
You can obtain your My Dolomiti Card at the central sales points or request it in our online shop and collect it later at one of our Pick-up Boxes.
If you purchase a daily or multi-day ski pass at the point of sale, the cost of the My Dolomiti card is 2.00 euro. For all other types of skipass and with online purchase the My Dolomiti card is free of charge.
1) Purchase your daily or multi-day skipass online and receive a 5% discount if you do so at least two days before the ski pass’ official start date.
2) Insert your My Dolomiti Card ID when purchasing your ski pass: this ensures your pass is directly linked to your Card.
The My Dolomiti Card can be used over multiple seasons. When the Card does expire, simply request a new one.
Our system recognises when you’re using your personal My Dolomiti Card. If you request and use a second card in your name while the first is still valid, the 5% discount drops to 3%.
