This is the highest-altitude holiday resort in Auronzo, at a height of over 1,700 metres right at the foot of the Three Peaks – the air here contributes to an amazing microclimate. Being higher up creates a pure skiing experience on the Col di Varda’s ski slopes and their fresh powder snow. On the high Alp of Monte Piana, to the north of Misurina, there is an open-air museum displaying objects from the First World War battles that took place in the area.
